Multifunctional applications
As a new metal processing tool, the Step Drill combines drilling, reaming, deburring and chamfering in one unit. It’s capable of easily drilling and reaming holes while ensuring that the walls of the holes are flat, smooth and burr-free, making it an ideal choice for processing sheet metal and plastic sheets. It is suitable for drilling and reaming operations on thin metal plates such as iron, aluminum, copper and plastics, acrylic, PVC, etc., without the need for frequent change of drill bits.
Double choices
Two types of flutes are available: double straight flutes and 75 degree spiral flutes to provide better material moving and cutting stability. Straight flute is ideal for drilling through holes and soft material to remove chips and heat faster. While spiral flute matches harder materials and blind hole drilling to reduce cutting resistance.
Same as our traditional twist drills, step drills also provide 118 and 135 split point, which can help position accurately and reduce slippage during working.
Offering universal tri-flat and quick-change hex shank for impact drills. They are compatible with all types of hand drills, cordless drills and bench drills, making machining operations more labor-saving and efficient.
Variety of choices
Multiple colors give you more choices in appearance. Cobalt-containing material and titanium-coated treatment are utilized to enhance work efficiency and abrasion resistance.
